I've booked my appointment, now what?

What Happens Next

You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your appointment details.
You can view, reschedule, or cancel your booking anytime through your client portal or the button 'Manage your appointment' button below
If this is your first session, you may receive a short intake form to complete.
You’ll get a reminder message the day before your appointment.
Sessions are held at 239 Stafford Road, Stafford or via telehealth if selected.
Parking is free and plentiful and there is a bus station right outside.
